- Action: Nash and Michaels start with a fierce back-and-forth, using the steel structure to their advantage. Nash is the powerhouse, dominating initially, but Michaels uses his agility to keep the match in his favor. As time runs down, the tension builds.

- Action: Savage and X-Pac go toe-to-toe with some lightning-fast sequences. X-Pac hits some of his signature kicks, but Savage catches him with his high-flying elbows. The NWO gets back in control momentarily, using their size and strength, but DX retaliates with fast strikes and double-team moves.
- Fourth Entrant: Scott Steiner (NWO) vs. Billy Gunn (DX)
- Scott Steiner enters for the NWO, flexing and showing off his insane physique. He’s clearly the powerhouse of the team, and his arrival gives the NWO another huge advantage.
- Billy Gunn enters for DX, fired up and ready to fight, bringing his own strength to the ring. He doesn’t back down from Steiner, despite the obvious size difference.
- Action: Steiner and Gunn lock up in a brawl of power, with Steiner using his suplexes and strength to overpower Gunn initially. However, Gunn doesn’t quit, managing to hit a couple of devastating Fame-Assers. The action intensifies as all 4 previous competitors are now fighting in the ring, and the battle spills into the cage.
- Final Entrant: Hollywood Hogan (NWO) vs. Road Dogg (DX)
- Hollywood Hogan enters last for the NWO, posing in the ring as the crowd either boos or cheers his iconic entrance. His presence changes the complexion of the match, bringing even more chaos.
- Road Dogg enters last for DX, ready to get down to business. He delivers his signature “Oh You Didn’t Know?” line and wastes no time jumping into the action.
- Action: With both teams now at full strength, the chaos is overwhelming. The action spills out of control, with all ten men fighting all over the steel structure. There’s a power struggle with Hogan, Nash, Hall, and Steiner asserting dominance for the NWO, while Michaels, HHH, X-Pac, Gunn, and Road Dogg fight tooth-and-nail for DX.
The Finale:
The match reaches its peak when Scott Hall and Shawn Michaels are on the top of the cage. Michaels manages to superkick Hall off the structure, sending him crashing to the mat below.
Then, Kevin Nash lifts Triple H for the Jackknife Powerbomb, but before he can execute, X-Pac springs off the ropes and hits a spin kick to Nash’s face, breaking the hold.
In the final moments, Scott Steiner and Road Dogg engage in an intense brawl, but Steiner attempts to hit a Steiner Recliner. However, Billy Gunn breaks it up, hitting a Fame-Asser from the top turnbuckle.
With the NWO distracted by Gunn and Road Dogg, Shawn Michaels and Triple H corner Hollywood Hogan, delivering a Sweet Chin Music and a Pedigree to take the former champion down for the three-count.
Winner: DX (Shawn Michaels, Triple H, X-Pac, Billy Gunn, Road Dogg)
Result: In a hard-fought, brutal WARGAMES match, DX manages to outlast the NWO, using their teamwork, agility, and cunning to secure the victory. The cage is littered with bodies, but in the end, it’s Shawn Michaels who stands tall, having delivered the final blow to Hollywood Hogan. The crowd erupts as DX celebrates their hard-fought victory.
