2026 All-Time NFL Draft Power Rankings & Playoff Simulation

We just completed the ultimate fantasy football experiment: drafting 12 all-time NFL teams stacked with legends. Think of it like the “Avengers” of football—Montana, Brady, Payton, Sanders, Rice, Moss… every roster had game-changers who could dominate any era.

Once the draft wrapped, we power-ranked the teams, looking at star power, depth, and matchups. Some teams were all about flashy highlights, others were perfectly balanced with grinders and big-play threats. These rankings set the stage for a single-elimination playoff tournament, and things got wild.

Power Rankings (1–12)

Alright—this is actually a really fun (and hard) exercise because these rosters are stacked across eras. Ranked based on:

  • QB ceiling + consistency
  • Offensive weapon depth (WR/TE/RB)
  • Offensive line strength
  • Pass rush + interior DL
  • Coverage (CB + S)
  • Overall balance (no major weaknesses)

1. TK 2

Why: Most complete roster in the entire pool

  • QB: Joe Montana (elite efficiency/playoff killer)
  • RB: Walter Payton
  • Weapons: Tyreek Hill + Julio Jones
  • Defense: Bruce Smith, Alan Page, Brian Urlacher
    No weaknesses anywhere

2. Blake 2

  • QB: John Elway
  • RB: Bo Jackson
  • WR: Davante Adams + Sterling Sharpe
  • Defense: J. J. Watt, Myles Garrett, Deion Sanders
Explosive offense + dominant pass rush

3. Streetz 2

  • QB: Josh Allen
  • RB: Jahmyr Gibbs (modern mismatch weapon)
  • WR: DeAndre Hopkins
  • TE: Greg Olsen
  • Defense: Reggie White + Aaron Donald
    Modern offense + all-time DL = nightmare

4. Blake 1

  • QB: Aaron Rodgers
  • WR: Randy Moss
  • TE: George Kittle
  • Defense: Dwight Freeney, Khalil Mack
Elite passing attack, slightly less depth than top 3

5. Timbo 2

  • QB: Warren Moon
  • RB: Barry Sanders
  • WR: Jerry Rice
  • Defense: Howie Long + Joe Greene
GOAT-tier skill talent, slightly weaker QB vs top tier

6. TK 1

  • QB: Tom Brady
  • RB: O. J. Simpson
  • WR: Calvin Johnson
  • TE: Rob Gronkowski
Elite offense, defense just a notch below top 5

7. Streetz 1

  • QB: Peyton Manning
  • RB: Christian McCaffrey
  • WR: Marvin Harrison
Great offense, defense not as dominant

8. Lance 1

  • QB: Patrick Mahomes
  • RB: LaDainian Tomlinson
  • Defense: T. J. Watt + Patrick Willis
Star power, but roster less balanced

9. Lance 2

  • QB: Brett Favre
  • RB: Jim Brown
  • WR: Larry Fitzgerald
Strong but not as deep as others

10. Dylan 1

  • QB: Drew Brees
  • RB: Emmitt Smith
Solid everywhere, elite nowhere vs competition

11. Timbo 1

  • QB: Kurt Warner
  • RB: Marshall Faulk
    Great offense, defense falls behind

12. Dylan 2

  • QB: Dan Marino
  • RB: Eric Dickerson
Good core, weakest overall defense depth
