Event Title: “Kingdoms Will Fall”

Tagline: Every empire has a rival. Every king has a challenger. Every kingdom will fall.

Venue: United Center – Chicago, Illinois
Attendance: 18,740 – Sold Out
Commentary Team: Mauro Ranallo, Taz, Nigel McGuinness

OPENING VIDEO PACKAGE

The show opens with thunder rolling over a black sky. Flashes of lightning illuminate the faces of war-hardened wrestlers: Powerhouse Hobbs standing atop a broken ladder, Gunther slapping the chest of a crumbling opponent, and Jay White holding his sinister steel club with a sly, calculated grin.

A haunting voiceover pierces through the storm:

“Power is never inherited. It’s seized. And tonight, three monsters step into a battlefield where only one will emerge as the rightful king…”

The montage intensifies, cutting between images of MJF manipulating officials, Moose and Braun colliding through barricades, the return of The Shield in full combat gear, and The Bloodline growing stronger with Jacob Fatu leading a new breed of Samoan destruction. The final shot lingers on the world title… spinning in slow motion… before cutting to black.

MATCH TWO: Orange Cassidy vs Hook

This contest is personal. Once allies, Hook turned on Cassidy weeks ago, claiming Cassidy had made him “soft.” Hook enters focused and menacing, while Orange plays mind games with his signature hands-in-pockets taunt.

Hook quickly grows frustrated and tries to end it early with Redrum, but Cassidy escapes and fires off a surprise Stundog Millionaire. Just when Cassidy starts building momentum, Hook hits a low blow behind the referee’s back and immediately transitions into Redrum.

Winner: Hook
Post-Match: Hook refuses to let go of the submission. Officials pour in to break it up as Hook walks off stone-faced, leaving Cassidy gasping for air.

MATCH THREE: NLPW Tag Team Championship

Champions: The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)
Challengers: FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood)

Twenty-two minutes of wrestling excellence. The New Day utilizes agility and quick tags, while FTR slows the pace with classic tag team psychology—cutting the ring in half, wearing down Woods.

After a chaotic series of close calls, Kofi hits Trouble in Paradise, nearly scoring the win. However, FTR regains control, isolating Woods. After a perfectly timed tag, they connect with a Super Shatter Machine off the second rope.

Winners: FTR
Result: FTR becomes the new NLPW Tag Team Champions.
Crowd Reaction: Massive standing ovation. Chants of “Tag Team Wrestling!” echo throughout the United Center.

MATCH FOUR: MJF vs Shane Taylor

MJF arrives drenched in arrogance, draped in his “Triple B” scarf. Shane Taylor is laser-focused, seeking to expose MJF’s cowardice.

Taylor dominates early, nearly scoring the upset with Welcome to the Land, but MJF wisely rolls out of the ring. Using the ref as a shield, MJF lands a cheap shot low blow and follows it with the Heatseeker DDT for the win.

Winner: MJF
Post-Match: MJF smugly parades around the ring, flipping off fans and screaming, “No one’s on my level!” Deafening boos rain down.

MATCH FIVE: Moose vs Braun Strowman

This was not a wrestling match—it was a demolition derby. Moose and Braun tear apart ringside barricades, fight through the crowd, and no-sell power moves.

Moose shocks the crowd with a flying top rope crossbody, nearly 300 pounds defying gravity. Braun goes for the Running Powerslam, but Moose slips out, rebounds, and levels him with a massive Lights Out Spear.

Winner: Moose
Post-Match: Moose beats his chest and points to the world title graphic on the big screen.

MATCH SIX: United States Championship

Champion: Rusev
Challenger: Konosuke Takeshita

Takeshita dazzles with his athleticism, landing a tope con hilo and springboard knee strike. Rusev absorbs everything, getting angrier with each hit.

Takeshita lands a blistering Running Knee, but Rusev kicks out at two. Finally, Rusev locks in the Game Over camel clutch. Takeshita resists for nearly 30 seconds before passing out.

Winner: Rusev
Result: Rusev retains the United States Championship.
Post-Match: Rusev snarls into the camera: “Who’s next?”

  • Cobb dominates Cesaro with a thunderous Tour of the Islands, leaving PAC alone.
  • PAC unleashes a solo fury, eliminating Juice with a 450 Splash.
  • But Cobb catches PAC mid-Black Arrow and nails another Tour of the Islands.

Result: New NLPW Trios Champions are crowned.

CO-MAIN EVENT: NLPW World Championship – Triple Threat Match

Champion: Powerhouse Hobbs
Challengers: Gunther, Jay White

Gunther and Hobbs go to war with heavyweight violence, leaving Jay White lurking in the shadows, waiting to strike.

Jay attempts to steal the win after hitting Hobbs with his steel club, but just as he’s about to secure the pin, Bron Breakker’s music hits. The crowd erupts.

Bron storms the ring, Spears Jay White, throws him into the post, and leaves without a word.

After Bron Breakker’s unexpected interference—spearing Jay White and slamming him into the steel post—the landscape of the match changes drastically.
Final Sequence:
Hobbs, still dazed from earlier punishment, gathers his strength and lifts Jay White off the mat. The crowd is thundering. With a primal roar, Hobbs drills Jay with a World Breaker Slam in the center of the ring.
Gunther, seething, storms back into the ring, chopping Hobbs across the chest so hard the sound echoes through the arena. Hobbs absorbs it, roars again, and levels Gunther with a Spinebuster that shakes the ring.
Hobbs stacks Jay White’s lifeless body for the pin.
One… Two… Three!
Winner: Powerhouse Hobbs
Result: Hobbs retains the NLPW World Championship.

Post-Match Drama:
• Gunther sits in the corner, glaring at Hobbs—not in defeat, but in warning.
• Jay White is bloodied, crawling toward the ropes, his eyes fixed on the entrance ramp, where Bron Breakkerstands, arms crossed, watching silently.
• Hobbs climbs the turnbuckle, raising the world title high above his head to a mixed but deafening reaction.
Mauro Ranallo (on commentary): “The monster still reigns… but he’s surrounded by wolves.”
