1. Damian Priest vs El Phantasmo (ELP)

Match Type: Singles
Story: ELP has been mocking the Judgment Day leader for weeks, calling him “the least threatening devil in the business.” Priest wants to shut his mouth and prove he’s more than a fluke champion from the past. The opening bout is high energy — a mix of ELP’s agile antics and Priest’s powerhouse brawling. A spectacular spot sees ELP walk the top rope and hit a moonsault to the floor.

Finish: ELP attempts a low blow behind the ref’s back, but Priest catches it, hits a South of Heaven chokeslam, and follows up with The Reckoning.

Winner: Damian Priest


2. Motor City Machine Guns vs War Raiders

Match Type: Tag Team Showcase
Story: A veteran clash of styles. War Raiders have been dominant since returning with a more brutal, Norse-inspired aesthetic. MCMG are here to prove fast-paced tag psychology can still beat brute force.

Match Notes: Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin use rapid tags and tandem attacks to take out Hanson’s leg, slowing the Raiders down. But the size disadvantage is too much at times. The climax features an insane Tower of Doom spot.

Finish: MCMG reverse The Doomsday Device, duck a springboard clothesline, and hit Skull & Bones on Erik.

3. AJ Styles vs Adam Cole vs Karrion Kross vs LA Knight – #1 Contender’s Match

Match Type: Fatal 4-Way
Story: The winner earns a shot at the Intercontinental or World Title, their choice. Styles and Cole are seasoned strategists, Kross brings carnage, and Knight is the wildcard fan favorite.

Match Notes: Chaos reigns. Cole tries to form a temporary alliance with Styles but turns on him immediately. LA Knight gets the crowd roaring with a leaping elbow drop to the outside on all three opponents. Kross dominates early but gets overwhelmed.

Finish: LA Knight hits BFT on Kross, but Cole superkicks Knight out of the ring, steals the pin on Kross.

Winner: Adam Cole


4. Ricochet, The Young Bucks & Santos Escobar vs Rey Mysterio, Konosuke Takeshita, Mike “Speedball” Bailey, & Andrade – Elimination Match

Match Type: 8-Man Elimination Tag
Story: It’s chaos vs honor. Ricochet has aligned with the Bucks, pushing flashy arrogance over respect. Rey leads a team of fighters looking to restore lucha and hybrid wrestling purity.

Eliminations:

  1. Andrade pins Nick Jackson with La Sombra
  2. Santos Escobar eliminates Speedball after Phantom Driver

Match Type: Classic Tag
Story: DIY have defended against flashier teams, but now they face two former allies with technical mastery and bitter resentment.

Match Notes: This is a clinic. Gargano and Ciampa work like a machine, but Kyle and Roddy isolate Gargano’s arm. O’Reilly goes submission-heavy while Strong hits backbreakers on anything that moves.

Finish: After a brutal exchange, DIY hits Meeting in the Middle on Strong, but O’Reilly tags in secretly. He locks Ciampa in a triangle choke, but Gargano rolls it up with a surprise cradle for the three.

Winners (and STILL Champions): DIY


6. Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews (c) vs Finn Balor, Bronson Reed, & Kyle Fletcher vs Wardlow, Sammy Guevara, & Jack Perry – Trios Titles

Match Type: Triple Threat Trios
Story: House of Black’s open challenge brings out chaos. First comes a mysterious alliance of Balor, Reed, and Fletcher. Then, the wild-card trio of Wardlow, Sammy, and Jack Perry. The brawl erupts before the bell rings.

Match Notes: It’s absolute bedlam. Everyone gets a spotlight. Sammy hits a 630 on Fletcher to the outside. Wardlow trades blows with Brody King. Malakai and Balor stare each other down in a surreal standoff.

Finish: Reed splashes Buddy Matthews through a table. Balor goes for Coup de Grâce on Black, but Jack Perry shoves him off. Wardlow powerbombs Brody twice and covers for the win.

7. Kenny Omega vs Drew McIntyre vs Randy Orton

Match Type: Triple Threat
Story: Omega wants to be The Best Bout Machine again. McIntyre is on a warpath, and Orton has returned, cold and cunning. Three different generations of elite talent collide.

Match Notes: Randy slows things down, picking his shots. Drew uses explosive power. Kenny brings relentless pacing. Mid-match, Orton hits an RKO off the top rope on McIntyre. Omega kicks out of Claymore at 2.9.

Finish: Omega avoids a second RKO, hits V-Trigger on Orton, then One-Winged Angel on McIntyre to win it clean.

Winner: Kenny Omega


8. Kevin Owens (c) vs Kazuchika Okada – Intercontinental Title

Match Type: Championship Classic
Story: Okada has arrived to conquer gold in the West. Owens says “This is my country. My title. My fight.” This is stiff, methodical, and emotionally charged.

Match Notes: Multiple Rainmakers don’t finish KO. Owens fights back with desperation. Okada counters the Pop-Up Powerbomb into a dropkick. The final 5 minutes have 6 near-falls.

Finish: Owens headbutts out of the Money Clip, stuns Okada, and hits Package Piledriver for the shocking win.

Winner (and STILL Champion): Kevin Owens


9. CM Punk vs Cody Rhodes vs Will Ospreay – #1 Contender’s Match for World Title

Match Type: Triple Threat
Story: Punk calls himself “The Real Champion.” Cody seeks legacy. Ospreay wants to cement himself as the ace. Deep-rooted tensions all over. This match is Chicago’s soul vs the industry’s heart vs its future.

Match Notes: Crowd is rabid. Ospreay flies like no one else. Punk plays the wily veteran, and Cody keeps the pace with emotion and resilience. Punk and Cody both lock in submissions on Ospreay at the same time.

Finish: Cody hits Cross Rhodes on Punk. Ospreay throws Cody out and hits Stormbreaker on Punk for the win.

Winner (and NEW #1 Contender): Will Ospreay


10. Hangman Page (c) vs Swerve Strickland – World Title – Steel Cage Match

Match Type: World Championship Main Event
Story: The blood feud ends here. Swerve invaded Hangman’s home. Hangman cost him a tournament. Now the cage traps them together.

Match Notes: Brutal. Thumbtacks, barbed wire wrapped around the top rope. Swerve brings a chain, but Hangman uses it to tie him to the cage mid-match. They fight on top of the cage in a heart-pounding moment.

Finish: Swerve breaks free and hits a JML Driver on steel steps inside the cage. Hangman kicks out. Hangman catches him on a dive and hits Dead Eye off the middle rope through a table. Exhausted, Hangman climbs the cage instead of pinning — and escapes for the win.

Final Shot:

Will Ospreay walks out on the ramp, staring at Hangman in the cage. He raises one finger — The Next One.
