🔥 Match 1: Mick Foley (WWF) vs Diamond Dallas Page (WCW)

Match Description:

The opener is a gritty brawl between two of the most beloved and resilient stars of their companies. Foley, in his Cactus Jack persona, comes out with a barbed wire bat. DDP is the crowd favorite, playing the underdog babyface. The match spills into the crowd early, with chair shots, guardrail bumps, and a wild brawl near the tech area. DDP gets a near fall with the Diamond Cutter out of nowhere, but Foley kicks out.

Foley counters a second Diamond Cutter attempt into a Mandible Claw with barbed wire, followed by a Double Arm DDT onto thumbtacks. DDP kicks out! Foley climbs the turnbuckle, delivering a Cactus Elbow through a table, but DDP rolls away just in time and Foley crashes hard.

Seizing the moment, DDP pulls Foley up, hits a second Diamond Cutter, and covers him for the dramatic three-count in a hard-fought battle.

Match Description:

This is an absolute hoss fight. Goldberg gets a monster reaction, but Kane meets him halfway down the ramp. They exchange brutal blows outside before the bell rings. Once it starts, Kane no-sells the first Spear, sitting up like the monster he is. Goldberg powers out of a Chokeslam and hits Kane with a Jackhammer, but Kane kicks out!

Kane catches a second Spear attempt and turns it into a Tombstone Piledriver, but Goldberg kicks out at 2.5. Crowd is electric. The finish comes when Goldberg counters a top-rope chokeslam attempt into a mid-air Spear, then hits a second Jackhammer to seal the victory.

🤼 Match 3: HHH & Shawn Michaels (DX) vs Kevin Nash & Scott Hall (The Outsiders)

Match Description:

Two of the most influential factions collide. DX comes in as fan favorites, but the Outsiders use every trick in the book. Nash dominates early with power, Hall oozes charisma, mocking HBK constantly. DX mount a comeback with Michaels flying all over and HHH playing the veteran tactician.

Midway, Hall hits a Razor’s Edge on Michaels for a close two. Nash hits the Jackknife on HHH, but the pin is broken. Chaos ensues. The finish comes when HBK superkicks Hall off the apron, and HHH counters a Jackknife attempt with a low blow into a Pedigree for the win.

🎯 Match 4: Kurt Angle (WWF) vs “Macho Man” Randy Savage (WCW)

Match Description:

An absolutely electric clash of styles. Angle’s mat wrestling vs Savage’s wild, unpredictable offense. Early on, Angle works Savage’s leg, trying to ground him. Savage sells like crazy but rallies with his signature flying axe handles and brawling punches.

They trade big moves—Angle hits an Angle Slam, Savage kicks out. Savage hits the Flying Elbow, but Angle JUST gets his foot on the rope. The finish is pure storytelling: Angle tries another Angle Slam, but Savage rolls through and hits a second Flying Elbow Drop for the win.

🐐 Match 5: The Rock (WWF) vs Ric Flair (WCW)

Match Description:

A battle of charisma. Rock vs Flair is filled with taunts, chops, and promos even during the match. Flair stalls early, getting under Rock’s skin. Rock returns fire with slaps and a People’s Eyebrow. It turns physical as Rock hits a Spinebuster, but Flair rakes the eyes and targets the knee for the Figure Four.

Flair locks it in. Rock fights and turns it over to reverse the pressure. Finish comes after Flair attempts a top-rope maneuver (bad idea), and Rock catches him with a Samoan Drop, then hits the People’s Elbow for the three.

🖤 Match 6: The Undertaker (WWF) vs Sting (WCW)

Match Description:

The dream match. Dark lights. Smoke. Druids. Crows. The arena is spellbound. Taker in his Deadman persona. Sting in Crow form. They start slow with eerie staredowns, feeling each other out. The match builds with stiff strikes, old-school top rope walks, and Scorpion Death Drops.

Sting dodges a Tombstone and hits the Scorpion Death Drop, but Taker kicks out. Taker comes back with Hell’s Gate, Sting escapes. The finish is cinematic: Sting goes for a second Death Drop, but Taker floats over, lifts Sting for a massive Tombstone, and pins him with arms crossed.

After the match, Taker and Sting have a silent nod of respect.

🏆 MAIN EVENT: Stone Cold Steve Austin (WWF) vs Hollywood Hogan (WCW)

Match Description:

Even though the match doesn’t determine the series, it’s the main event: Attitude vs nWo. WWF vs WCW’s figureheads. The atmosphere is nuclear. Hogan plays the ultimate heel, soaking up heat. Austin brawls early, tossing Hogan into barricades, over the announce table.

Hogan gets the upper hand with underhanded tactics—belt shots, eye rakes, low blows. He hits a Leg Drop, and Austin kicks out at 2.5! Hogan goes for another, but Austin moves and catches him with a Stunner.

Austin flips him off, hits another Stunner, and covers him for the win. Beers fly, the crowd erupts, and Austin celebrates on the ropes to close the night.

Series Final Score: WWF 4 – 3 WCW
