Led by Jalen Hurts, the Eagles are locked in, battle-tested, and looking every bit like a dynasty in the making. With a loaded roster and that championship swagger, Philly isn’t just aiming for the NFC East crown—they’re eyeing a repeat on the biggest stage.

But they weren’t the only ones making noise last year. The Washington Commanders, behind breakout star Jayden Daniels, shocked the league with a deep playoff run. They powered their way to the NFC Championship Game, showing heart, explosiveness, and poise well beyond their years. Though they fell short to the eventual champion Eagles, Washington proved they’re a serious threat—and not going anywhere.

Down in Dallas, though, the story is more complicated. Micah Parsons continues to be an absolute force, wreaking havoc on opposing offenses every snap. But despite his dominance, the Cowboys are still struggling to put it all together. Dak Prescott and company face growing pressure as another promising season ended without a deep playoff run. Is this the year they finally figure it out—or will frustration boil over?

And don’t sleep on the New York Giants. With Jaxson Dart under center and a quietly improving squad around him, Big Blue could be this year’s surprise contender.

The NFC East is stacked with talent, storylines, and unfinished business. One thing’s for sure—2025 is going to be a war.
