CM Punk & Seth Rollins – The Juice Returns

Summerslam has come and gone, but it sure won’t be forgotten. Let’s face it, it was better than Wrestlemania by a wide margin. I ain’t here to go long winded and recap the entire event though.

We are here for one thing and one thing only. The roadmap for CM Punk Vs Seth Rollins – the grand finale. Ever since the return of CM Punk at Survivor Series 2023, these two appeared to be on a crash course to an all-time feud. Punk’s injury probably robbed us of the Mania 40 match, which was the stage this deserved all along. Instead, we got some good not great Raw matches, the triple threat at Mania 41 and a lot of repetitive promos (sorry Seth). Winning the Hayman custody battle didn’t move the needle. Seth screwing punk at Night of Champions didn’t move the needle. Everything they tried has been good, but just was lacking the final juice to make this feud legendary.

Till now.

Punk and Seth acted this out perfectly on Saturday Night. The emotion of the match, the emotion of Punk holding the belt, to the throwing of the crutches and cashing in by Seth. It was poetry. You felt it in the gut finally.

So?………Don’t fuck this up, Paul.

At the next two PPV’s we shouldn’t see them face each other. First up is Clash In Paris. This is when I would have LA Knight face Seth. Maybe Punk faces Knight in a #1 contender match and Seth screws Punk. Then Punk helps Knight at the end of the Paris match. At Crown Jewel I would have Punk face Bron potentially. They can keep the rivalry growing without a one on one match.

Now we get to WarGames. This has to be Team Seth Vs Team Punk.

For me, Team Punk should be LA Knight, Jey Uso, another face to be named later and the final surprise….Roman Reigns! To take on Seth and his crew plus maybe Drew and a heel to be named later.

You can go both ways on who wins. But for me, it’s Team Punk. Easier to get to what we need out of it. This is when the leaks and cracks in Seth’s team begin to form. Which can have multiple angles come out later then. Also, segue to Roman vs Bron.

This leads us to Monday Night Raw when Seth is unhinged. Seth ramps up his “you will never win this belt as long as I’m here” campaign. I would even have Paul Hayman trying to politic Punk from being allowed in the Rumble. He is unsuccessful at this plan though so they attack Punk, and take him out with 10 Tsunamis.

Now we get to Royal Rumble, no sign of Punk of being in the rumble has even been mentioned. We get to entrant 20 maybe and the music hits. It’s CM Punk. Punk can’t be last because we need a nervous sweating Rollins shot a few times. CM Punk eventually wins the Royal Rumble for his first time and immediately points at Seth Rollins.

The Wrestlemania Night 1 main event is the grand finale. Seth Rollins vs CM Punk in a 3 Stages of Hell Match.

You have set this up from day 1 for Punk to win this feud and you get his Wrestlemania moment all at once.

It is time for these two to get the proper ending now. The feud is finally hot.
