Week 1 of Season 5 came out swinging, immediately setting the tone for what looks like a wildly competitive year. The opening slate featured explosive scoring across the board, with several teams cracking huge point totals and a few statement wins right out of the gate.
The biggest performance of the week belonged to TK, who dominated Justin in a 480–240 blowout behind massive contributions from Jon Moxley (80), Jack Perry (75), and a monster 130-point outing from Willow Nightingale. Bakley also made a strong early statement, crushing defending champion Kayla 370–205 thanks to a ridiculous 150-point performance from MJF and 85 from Thekla.
Elsewhere, Streetz edged Jordan 350–325 in the closest matchup of the week, powered by huge AEW outputs from Kevin Knight (95) and Kyle Fletcher (80). Dango narrowly defeated Dinero 270–260 in a tight battle, while G handled JJJ 305–190 behind a balanced roster effort. Dylan rounded out the winners, defeating Matty 395–310 with standout performances from Hangman Page (115) and Speedball Mike Bailey (70).
